About Johnny's Ambassadors Pet Parade
Vote for your favorite pet by donating to Johnny's Ambassadors! The winner will be named the Grand Marshall of the Pet Parade and will win fabulous prizes for their human owner!
Let's lighten up a heavy topic and have fun this year with our annual fundraiser!
Do you have an amazing pet? A talented pet? The cutest pet in the world? Would you be willing to volunteer your pet for our PET PARADE to raise money for Johnny’s Ambassadors? Your pet will be entered into our competition to raise the most money for Johnny’s Ambassadors and be voted the Grand Marshall!
Donors “vote” for your pet by giving money to Johnny’s Ambassadors (100% tax deductible). AMAZING PRIZES will be given away to the winners!
Don’t have a pet? Anyone can enter, so get creative about your “pet”! You could enter your pet rock! Your cute grandbaby! Or you can compete to be the grandmaster of the parade yourself. Anything to make people smile and donate.
The grand prize for the winning pet parent is a one-week stay at board member Steve Glassman’s beach house in Harvey Cedars, NJ! His beach house is on Long Beach Island, which is a barrier island, and it’s a very popular spot for summer vacationers. This 5-bedroom, 5-1/2 bath home sleeps 14 guests! It will be an amazing vacation for the winner! Second prize is a stay at Kathleen Tirakian’s amazing beach house on the Isle of Palms near Charleston, SC! This beautiful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom resort home sleeps 8 and comes with a golf cart! There will be many other prizes donated you will be eligible to win! Whoever receives the most donations on Sunday, September 21, 2025, will be declared the winner.
We are just starting to get this all set up and the website created. If you will volunteer your pet, please email me at Laura@JohnnysAmbassadors.org with a photo of your pet, your pet’s name, and why your pet is amazing! When people donate, they will “vote” for your pet. You will also get a link you can send out to others to vote for you. Our collective goal is to raise $100,000 for Johnny’s Ambassadors annual fundraiser this year. Let’s have some fun!

Johnny's Ambassadors works in such a heavy area, we're lightening up our annual fundraiser this year. Who doesn't like to look at pictures of cute puppies, kitties, donkeys, and even bearded dragons? We all love our pets! They make us laugh, give us love, and help us ease our stress during difficult times. Thank you to these volunteer pets, whose owners are competing for the title of GRAND MARSHALL of the Johnny's Ambassadors Pet Parade! VOTE for your favorite pet by donating to Johnny's Ambassadors! SECOND PRIZE: Johnny’s Ambassador Kathleen Tirakian is giving a stay in her house on the Isle of Palms near Charleston, SC! This lovely, newly renovated three-bedroom cottage is the perfect vacation get away. Centrally located in the beach front community of Wild Dunes Resort, this spacious 1660 sq. ft. home is the perfect relaxation spot for families, friends, and golfers. How Your Support Makes a Difference
While this campaign is just for fun, our mission is very serious
We need your help educating on the harms and preventing youth THC use. Funding for the Drug-Free Communities program has been cut by 50%, SAMSHA grants are reduced or eliminated. 10,000 jobs have been eliminated in Health & Human Services. Many programs that Johnny's Ambassadors relied on for program fees and donations are gone. This has resulted in fewer community coalitions, schools, and nonprofits bringing Johnny's Ambassadors in to educate their students and communities. The money we raise will be given to schools to fund assemblies (we will have a process to explain how to apply for a grant for your local school).
