The Marklund Wasmond Center kitchen is used every day to provide meals for our residents - and has not been updated in over 20 years! 


Our Elgin residents and staff need YOUR help to:
  • Replace the commercial dishwasher 
  • Replace the commercial refrigerators and freezers
  • Replace the kitchen door
  • Install new flooring
  • Add functional cabinetry
  • Replace shelving/create additional storage
  • Paint the room


    • Everybody that fundraises or donates will receive an invitation to the kitchen opening lunch after the renovation!
