KnockOut CF Denver

Friday June 2nd, at 6:30pm and 8pm with a 30 minute intermission in between for refreshments and for one of our staff members leading this event will speak at Worth the Fight Boxing & Fitness Studio, 1999 Pennsylvania St, Denver, CO 80203. There will be street parking available.

On June 2, 2023 the rebirth of this empowering event will commence with its sixth year! The CFLF is hosting the first annual KnockOut CF at a new location in Denver Colorado's Worth the Fight Boxing Gym and Fitness Center. Help us to raise $20,000 to support the CF Recreation Grant program that has empowered more than 2,000 people living with CF to access healthy and active lifestyles. These grants have helped individuals with more than $1,000,000 to overcome cost barriers to swimming, surfing, skiing, snowboarding, rock climbing, dancing, cheerleading, playing sports, horseback riding, and working out to KnockOut their own CF! Because it's Worth The Fight!

The Cystic Fibrosis Lifestyle Foundation (CFLF) was founded in 2003 by an adult living with Cystic Fibrosis with a mission to bring greater focus to the whole living experience of life with CF through exercise. Two decades later, the foundation has awarded over 2,000 grants in the United States and Canada, with $1 million dollars in direct financial assistance to individuals and families of patients with CF.
