Dana passed away on December 17, 2017. Before she passed away, she asked her parents to raise awareness in hopes that other kids would not need to suffer like she did. Millions of Americans live with Crohn's disease or Colitis, you more than likely know someone who has been affected by one of these uncurable diseases. I am raising money to support the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation, a non-profit organization dedicated to finding the cures for Crohn's disease and ulcerative colitis.
