Join Nemours Children’s Health expert, Lisa Spector, MD, on Friday, April 28th from 11:30-12:30pm, as she discusses the impact of social media on children’s body image, gender stereotypes, unhealthy behaviors and unhealthy relationships. She will explain the difference between JOMO (joy of missing out) and FOMO (fear of missing out), provide knowledge about cyberbullying and explain the risks of sexting. Dr. Spector will also provide recommendations of electronic device usage among various ages and the impacts around bedtime. At the end of her presentation she is available for your questions during the live event.
