31 For 31 For 31

Retired U.S. Navy SEAL Aaron Kendle is leading this year’s 31 for 31 for 31 challenge, running in honor of the 31 lives lost during Extortion 17 on August 8, 2011.

Inspired by his dear friend, Boot Campaign Board Member Mike Rouse—affectionately known as “Pops”—Aaron is carrying forward a powerful tradition rooted in remembrance, sacrifice, and service. After losing teammates that day, Aaron runs with a deeply personal purpose—honoring their memory and the bonds they shared. Aaron will run 31km a day - that's almost 20 miles a day for 31 days.

Both men remain steadfast in their commitment to preserving the legacy of those lost while raising critical funds to support Boot Campaign’s mission and the Veteran and military families it serves.
