The Kids Kicking Cancer Project began in 2013 as a way to provide support and raise awareness for children battling cancer. It was a way for the wonderful martial artists at our Dojos to slow down and think about the struggles others face. The project provides a platform for the martial arts community to show their skills in a photo shoot to represent kicking cancer out of the lives of others so they no longer have to suffer. Since the onset of the project, we have included an additional focus of raising funds for children with cancer. As a community, we hope to bind together to not only raise awareness but to kick cancer out of our lives!
