Your scholarship gift today makes a direct impact on Mount Marty students by reducing their total cost of tuition and future student loan debt.
Thanks to the generosity of our community, we have been able to provide nearly 100% of our students with financial assistance, helping them experience an education built on core values and a strong Catholic Benedictine tradition.
Many Mount Marty students are facing health and financial concerns as the College has shifted to online education for the remainder of the academic year. As a result, many of our current students are working to complete their Mount Marty education while also juggling emergency needs.
The impact is significant and immediate, especially for those who already face financial insecurity. In response to these inquiries, Mount Marty has decided that ANY gift to the Annual Fund during this time will go toward helping the most urgent student and college needs.

We are looking forward to this fall when we anticipate welcoming our students back to campus and celebrating their return! They will be greeted by anxious faculty and staff, as well as a brand new 100,000 square foot facility: the Ruth Donohoe First Dakota Fieldhouse. This facility will provide great space for our student-athletes to practice and compete and for our Mount Marty and Yankton communities to workout with top of the line equipment.
Here at Mount Marty, we are all connected. Regardless of when or how you found yourself included in our community, we are glad you are with us. In the coming weeks and months we will all need to lean on each other – a community of friends, alumni, students, faculty, staff, and families – for support. The Mount Marty community, built by your loyalty and faith, will thrive because of the leadership, generosity, love, and support you have shown to the college through the years.
We ask our community to join together and help us raise funds that will enable us to continue providing affordable opportunities to our students and community through gifts to student scholarships or to the current fieldhouse project underway and still set to open this fall.
In response to the spread of COVID-19 through our communities, we have added an opportunity within our campaign to serve the immediate needs of our students and the College. All contributions to the Annual Fund will go to helping meet these needs. All gifts will have an immediate impact and we are grateful for this critical support.
