Move Over Cancer

As most of you know, our mom had breast cancer 7 years ago. Cancer sucks and we need to find a cure. That’s why we’re raising money so our generation can be the first ‘cancer free generation.’ 

This year as a family we plan to participate in the “Move Over Cancer” event hosted by Cancer Free Generation. We plan to move by surfing as a family. The money we raise will go towards funding a scientific grant to develop a blood test for colorectal cancer. Wouldn’t that be amazing! Hopefully that research can then help all other kinds of cancers too.  

We raise money in our mom’s honor. We were little when she went through breast cancer, but we remember she lost her hair. It is our wish that other kids don’t have to see their parents go through cancer.
