Move with HHC

I have joined the Move with HHC team during the month of October to raise awareness and funds for Helping Hand Center.  The Move with HHC event is a health and wellness experience that supports the programs and services Helping Hand Center offers to hundreds of children and adults throughout Chicagoland.
