Please join us for MVEF Day of Giving on November 15, 2022 to help us sustain educational programs funded through the Mt. Vernon Education Foundation. The MVEF is passionate about educational excellence. We raise funds to provide opportunities that promote innovation in the classroom and partner with the community to enhance the classroom experience for every MVCSC student.

Together we make a bigger impact.

This Day of Giving will help the MVEF continue to offer programs such as:

• ​Scholarships
• The MVEF gives thousands of dollars in scholarships each year directly to Mt. Vernon students.

• ​Health & Wellness
• The MVEF supports sports and mental health programs for our students. 
• We are partnering with Hancock Health to provide FREE registration to Mt. Vernon Staff who sign up to be members of the wellness center.

• ​Mentoring & Tutoring
• Two of the new programs that MVEF supports!
• Marauder Mentors at the Mt. Vernon Middle School provides students with a caring adult to help guide and support them.
• Tutoring will pair our MV High School student volunteers with middle school students in need of academic support.

• ​Music & Arts
• The MVEF has provided equipment and supplies for the music and art departments and hopes to be able to continue to support these much needed programs.

• ​STEM
• From robots to welding equipment, microscopes to student certifications, the MVEF has been able to help our students have access to STEM equipment and programs.
