PGA National Day of HOPE

PGA HOPE (Helping Our Patriots Everywhere), is a six-week adaptive golf program offered free of charge by PGA Professionals that utilizes golf as a rehabilitation tool to improve our veterans quality of life by enhancing their mental, social, physical, and emotional well-being. The program is open to all veterans with an emphasis on serving those with physical and emotional disabilities who would benefit the most from such an initiative. 

After graduating the Met PGA HOPE program our Veterans are given a set of golf clubs to continue their golf journey, and they are invited to play in our Military Golf League captained by PGA Professionals. We also encourage our veterans to use their PGA HOPE card to receive discounts at area golf courses and ranges. For those veterans seeking employment opportunities, we have created our VetWorks program that pairs veterans with employment opportunities at area golf courses.
