Accept the Hairdos for Heroes Challenge

Ever wonder what you'd look like with a shaved head or maybe some pink hair?  Considering a DIY hairdo while you can't get to the salon or barber?  Why not do it for a great cause? Accept our Hairdos for Heroes Challenge and help raise funds to provide meals and other support to our Norton Healthcare Heroes on the front lines of the COVID-19 Pandemic.

Here's how it works:

  • Set a date that your new DIY 'do will happen
  • Register and create your personal online fundraising page
  • Consider inviting others to join you and create a team
  • Share your fundraising page on social media and ask others to donate in support of your Hairdo for Heroes
  • When your date comes, document your new 'do with the hashtags #NThisTogether and #HairdosForHeroes
  • Thank you for your generous support of our Norton Healthcare Heroes as we are all #InThisTogether!

    Accept the challenge

As our region’s trusted health care leader, Norton Healthcare is working to aggressively manage community spread of the novel coronavirus/COVID-19. To be able to support this response, we need your help.

    Support our Norton Healthcare Heroes

Make a donation in honor of our physicians, nurses and other caregivers who are providing compassionate care to our community during this global health crisis and are ensuring you and your loved ones receive the care they need.

Your support will help provide meals, mental and emotional health support, as well as other comfort items for our teams who are working tirelessly providing care.

    Support for Clinical Advancements

In an effort to protect our community, patients and staff, Norton Healthcare is working with federal, state and local officials to aggressively reduce the virus and treat those impacted by it. Such an initiative requires widespread support. To help achieve the goal of limiting the spread of the coronavirus, in partnership with the Community Foundation of Louisville, the Norton Healthcare Foundation has established the Norton Healthcare Foundation Community COVID-19 Fund at the Community Foundation of Louisville.
