The Emerging Multicultural Leadership Experience (EMLE) is a dynamic learning and professional development conference that celebrates and supports the Y’s next generation of multicultural leaders. This learning experience is designed to provide diverse professional staff the opportunity to become further engaged and connected to the Y Movement.

Steps to join us at the 2019 North Texas Regional EMLE:
