I Am Making a Difference with My Miles!

These last two years have brought me new friends, new loves, new passions, and new adventures: I moved in with my mother to care for my grandmother; I met my partner Kevin; I've started open water swimming, running long distance, and free diving. I've traveled to far away countries. All of these things have been true privileges by means of finances, time, health, and security, and I have so much to give back for what has been given to me.

This year, in honor of all my ovary-owning friends & family and of Kevin's late mother, I registered for the 2025 United Airlines NYC Half Marathon event because I want to raise awareness and funding for National Ovarian Cancer Coalition as a member of NOCC TEAM TEAL My support will help improve the lives of women, families and communities touched by ovarian cancer and I NEED YOUR HELP!

Please consider making a tax-deductible donation today in support of my fundraising efforts.

In this year of great challenges, one even greater challenge remains: saving lives from ovarian cancer. Dollars raised for the NOCC support national programs and local market initiatives to heighten awareness of the subtle signs and symptoms of ovarian cancer, assist newly-diagnosed patients throughout the country, provide ongoing support to those in recurrence, caregivers, and advocate for the advancement of ovarian cancer research.

Together, we can save lives. Help me connect with my community and show my passion for ending ovarian cancer.

Will you join me by donating today?

My second race - Bermuda Triangle Challenge January 2025

Running with my partner Kevin is a true pleasure. He runs for himself, and for his late mother Sharon who passed from ovarian cancer. Though we ran this for ourselves, this is when I knew it would be a JOY to run to support the NOCC and other causes.
