After the 2020 TCS NYC Marathon was cancelled due to COVID, I decided to defer to the 2021 race. Please help me support Team Boomer and the CF community by making a donation!

Just like the 2019 Half Marathon and the (cancelled) 2020 Half Marathon, I am running my FIRST FULL MARATHON with Team Boomer - Fighting Cystic Fibrosis. 

Team Boomer is the team affiliated with Cystic Fibrosis. Cystic Fibrosis for those who don’t know is the disease one of my greatest friends fought long and hard against. My friend, Annie, battled CF her whole life but didn’t let CF stop her. While in her fight, she impacted everyone around her with her sense of humor, style, kindness, drive to help and be there for others and overall her absolute love for life. 

Annie unfortunately lost her battle against CF in July of 2019. While she physically isn’t here to do carpool karaoke or do a full face of makeup or simply go through the Wendy’s drive thru, her presence is still with me today making sure I, along with all her friends, do what she did best - live life to the fullest!

In Annie’s name and  (to live out what she did every day) to help the next person fight CF, I would love your support to help me reach my fundraising goal. You can help CF stand for Cure Found. Thank you!💜🦋

What is Team Boomer

Team Boomer is the athletic division of the Boomer Esiason Foundation.
We work to encourage people with cystic fibrosis to live active, healthy lifestyles.
We welcome any advocate to join the team to raise funds and awareness for the CF community.

How does Team Boomer help?

The money raised by our Team Boomer athletes helps fund our scholarships, transplant grants, disaster relief program, and a number of educational resources.
