After the 2020 TCS NYC Marathon was cancelled due to COVID, I decided to defer to the 2021 race. Please help me support Team Boomer and the CF community by making a donation!

My wife Kristin was born with Cystic Fibrosis and has battled this disease for going on 44 years.  In 2007 she received a double lung transplant and in 2015 a kidney transplant both due to complications with CF.

Because of events like this numerous advancements have been made in treating this disease.  Those born with CF today have more advanced medicines and treatment then ever before greatly improving their chances in avoiding the same complications and challenges Kristin has had to go through.  The medical knowledge and treatment for CF available today is directly related to individual donations and events like this raising awareness and support for research towards a cure.

I have seen first hand how complicated this disease can be and supporting this cause for future generations to have advanced care and an improved quality of life is what has inspired me to continue to raise awareness for this cause.

Any support you can provide is greatly appreciated and directly goes to the search for a cure!!
