Why Team Boomer?
A close friend of mine recently lost a loved one to cystic fibrosis. There is a true lack of awareness and medical advancements with this disease. Please help me to reach my goal in hopes of improving the lives of those affected by CF.
What is Team Boomer
Team Boomer is the athletic division of the Boomer Esiason Foundation.
We work to encourage people with cystic fibrosis to live active, healthy lifestyles.
We welcome any advocate to join the team to raise funds and awareness for the CF community.
