2025 TCS New York City Marathon supporting National Ovarian Cancer Coalition

Help me Run the 2025 NY Marathon in Memory of my Grandmother
My grandmother passed away from ovarian cancer in 1995. I never got the chance to meet her, but I have always felt extremely connected with her, and all my ancestors, through the countless stories and family heirlooms my parents have shared with me. Growing up, I even used special glasses and cutlery that my grandmother had specially kept for me before her passing.
This is a cause that is extremely close to mine and my family’s heart, and I want to do more to contribute to it. I have decided to combine my passion for physical activity and social work to raise money for the NOCC by running the 2025 New York City Marathon.
I am glad to have found the NOCC. They do a lot of important work—so much of which would have been extremely important in case of my grandmother. This includes early prevention, education, research funding, and assisting patients, survivors, and caregivers in medical, emotional, financial, and any other manner. Money raised here will help a lot of people and their caregivers suffering from ovarian cancer. I truly hope you will help me reach my fundraising goal!
Thank you so much for donating to this cause close to my family’s heart! You are doing a lot of important work by donating to this, and I am truly grateful to you for it!
