ABOUT US

Since 2015, the South Florida PGA HOPE program has impacted the lives of more than 1,200 active duty and veterans throughout the South Florida community. With the support of many PGA Professionals and facilities, golf is introduced as a therapeutic tool to enhance their physical, mental, social, and emotional well-being. Through your generosity, the South Florida PGA HOPE program can continue to grow our reach and ensure our PGA HOPE graduates stay engaged with the great game.

PROGRAM GROWTH

Our HOPE program has grown steadily, conducting 20 programs annually, 2 trainings, over 1,200 graduates, and 35 PGA Professionals actively involved. The area we feel there is potential for growth is ongoing opportunities for our graduates, such as leagues, second-level clinics, play days, etc. They are exposed to the game for 12 hours, but more must be done to keep them engaged and reap benefits. Our Section has implemented league play, women's HOPE clinics, a HOPE Cup, and play days, and our goal is to increase these opportunities.

WHY IT MATTERS

The funds raised will support any ongoing opportunities for our graduates, such as play days and our SFPGA HOPE Cup. It will also be used for any equipment and instructor needs.

PGA REACH will provide a dollar-for-dollar match up to $10,000 of what we raise locally.

We hope you will partner with us to impact local Veterans in our Section.
