Crohn's & Colitis Foundation Pie Day

About Pie Day 2023

Join us live online, Tuesday, March 14 at 3 PM EST as we celebrate Pie Day!

Click here to view our live event!

Pie Day is a fun (and flavorful) way to raise awareness of inflammatory bowel disease while helping to raise funds for vital research and patient programs. Millions of Americans are affected by Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis — and we need your help to show them that they are not alone!

    It’s as easy as PIE!

    1. Register and set up your fundraising page.
    2. Set a fundraising goal and spread the word that you’ll be getting pied once you reach your goal!
    3. Once your goal is met, make a video of yourself getting pied by a friend or family member.
    4. On March 14, post your video on social media using #PieDay2023 — be sure to include a link to your fundraising page in your post or bio.
    5. Tag and challenge your friends to get pied too!

Note for Take Steps participants and other existing fundraisers:
If you are a current, active fundraiser for the Foundation through another event such as Take Steps, do not register here. You can fundraise on Pie Day by sharing your existing Take Steps, Team Challenge, or Tiltify fundraising page with your videos instead of setting up a new page. Be sure to connect with your local Chapter staff partner if you’d like additional information.

    Why Are We Getting Pied?

Crohn’s disease and ulcerative colitis are painful, chronic digestive diseases that affect millions of Americans. Currently, there is no cure.

By participating in Pie Day, you can play an important role in driving our mission forward, and accelerating the search for cures for IBD patients.

    Cures Powered By You!

Your fundraising efforts strengthen our ability to increase awareness and pursue our core mission.

Because of fundraisers like you, the Foundation can sponsor research of the highest quality, provide a wide range of educational programs for patients, caregivers, and healthcare professionals, and provide supportive services to help people cope with these these diseases.
