Since becoming involved with David’s Refuge about four years ago, I’ve seen firsthand the incredible impact they have on caregivers and families in our community. Their mission — to provide care, resources, and respite to those who selflessly care for others — is something I’m deeply passionate about. As a mom and someone who understands the demands of caregiving, I know how vital it is to feel supported, seen, and renewed. David’s Refuge offers exactly that to caregivers who often put their own needs last, and that kind of compassion changes lives. I’m proud to get behind the wheel for the Pineview Run Champions Challenge to support this amazing cause and help ensure that no caregiver ever feels alone.

Hi, I’m Julie — proud mom to Ava (15) and Olivia (11), and wife to Joe, who’s usually the one behind the wheel! I’ve been married for 17 years and work in marketing and communications for Haun Welding Supply and Specialty Gases, based in Syracuse.When I’m not at work or with my family, you’ll find me at a concert — there’s nothing I love more than live music.
