Tell us WHY you're driving for David's Refuge?

When I was asked why I'm driving for David's Refuge, the answer became bigger for me the more I thought about their work. They care for caregivers, parents, and guardians who spend every day caring for children with special needs and life-threatening medical conditions. And I'm also very aware of the moment we're living in. Families are watching grocery bills, housing costs and everyday expenses climb, and for many people there simply isn't extra money available to give. I don't believe supporting our community should require putting your own household in a difficult position.

That's why I'm making a special appeal to my fellow business owners across Central New York. When our businesses are in a position to do well, we also have an opportunity to help strengthen the community that allows our businesses to thrive. David's Refuge reminds caregivers that they aren't alone, that what they do matters, and that their community sees them. I'm getting behind the wheel for them and I'm asking CNY businesses to get behind me
