Band of Parents will host the 10th annual Play Like A Pro charity hockey game in memory of Talia Castellano at Madison Square Garden on Wednesday, April 3, 2024.
The game benefits the Band of Parents and the Garden of Dreams Foundation and has raised more than $1.2 million over the last decade. Band of Parents funds innovative clinical trials for pediatric cancer, while Garden of Dreams makes dreams come true for some of the same kids in need.

Play Like a Pro participants enjoy the rare opportunity to skate in a hockey game on the world famous ice at Madison Square Garden.
The event brings together players and their fans for a day of friendly competition and networking, all while raising money to help children. Each participant agrees to raise a minimum of $1,200 for the charity and pay a separate $100 non-refundable registration fee.
The Band of Parents is a grassroots organization with the goal of funding innovative clinical trials and new therapies for neuroblastoma, a rare and deadly cancer that mostly strikes children. Our mission is to fast track a cure through less toxic and targeted therapies. To date, the Band of Parents has committed more than $10 million to pediatric cancer research.
