OH YEA!! Special Olympics Alaska’s Polar Plunge is back!!

Whether you’ve plunged before or just watched in awe, this signature winter fundraiser promises unforgettable memories, contagious energy, and a powerful purpose.

Each year, hundreds of bold and big-hearted individuals come together for this one-of-a-kind event. Dressing up and plunging is optional (and a plunge into Goose Lake isn't really that terrible) All of this is in support of Special Olympics Alaska athletes. It’s more than just a fun stunt; it’s a community-wide show of support for inclusion, empowerment, and year-round athletic opportunity.

Please participate, help us reach our team Families of the Knights goal of $10,000 where the proceeds which goes directly toward providing training, competition, and health programs for Alaskans with intellectual disabilities. Your courage, your pledge, helps athletes across the state build confidence, friendships, and lifelong skills—on and off the playing field.

After all if the Athletes Oath is "Let me win. But if I cannot win, let me be brave in the attempt"... Surely we can also be brave in our attempts to support them!
