How / Why "Protect the Light" was initiated:

Due to conditions outside of these worker's control, supplies are running low or even completely out in some locations. Our medical professionals' lives are now regularly being placed in extremely dangerous situations as they work tirelessly to save as many lives as possible.

Fund a Life has been blessed to have made some critical relationships in the past several days which have opened multiple channels to acquire some of the critical ppe items our heroes desperately need. With enough funding support, we can make a lasting difference in the lives of thousands of people. We need to act NOW!

Professionals from around the state of MI are pleading for assistance after seeing the impact Fund a Life made with a small 3,000 ppe unit donation to Woodland Cancer Center and UofM Hospital early April. The outcry for help is resounding. Risking one's life is scary enough, much less doing so without the proper equipment. We are prepared to submit large orders for items needed, but need support to make it happen.

After speaking with these frontline workers, nurses, and doctors, Fund a Life and its partners are committed to supplying as many PPE units to locations around Michigan. Together, we can help Protect the Light that is shining in this darkness.
