Move 800 minutes from now until September 1st in any way you choose! Inside or outside; alone or together; online and off, you can encourage your Push Paddle Pedal teammates and other friends and family to make physical activity a priority in their day.
We encourage you to download and use the STRAVA app to log your activity - you can join our challenge here. If you're more into keeping track through pen and paper - we've made a printable log here! You can email your log to lauren@turnstone.org at the end of the summer.

Anyone can participate in the 4th Annual Push Paddle Pedal challenge no matter your age or ability. You choose to move in the best way for you!
Join us on our journey to move 80,000 minutes while educating our community about individuals with disabilities and feeling empowered to take charge of our own mental and physical health.
Push Paddle Pedal began as a COVID-friendly summer challenge anyone and everyone could join. This year, we want to partner with you to continue the event's goal of movement and connection with even more accessibility and inclusion. Movement isn't only measured by miles, so Push Paddle Pedal is growing to include all the movement that feels good for you.
We'll be moving 80,000 minutes from June 5th - September 1st in honor of Turnstone's 80th Birthday and we want EVERYONE to be included! It would take just 100 people moving for 800 minutes each to help us reach our goal and celebrate the 8 decades' worth of possibilities created for people with disabilities.
800 minutes sounds like a lot - but at Turnstone, anything is possible. Moving just 10 minutes a day until September 1st will help you reach your goal while ensuring that people in our community receive the services and support they need most.
Your $25 registration fee includes a Push Paddle Pedal 2023 t-shirt with the rest of the proceeds coming to benefit Turnstone's services and programs for people with disabilities.
