Hello, my name is Elizabeth Voegeli, Residential REALTOR with J.P. Weigand and Sons, Inc.
My favorite quote is from St. Catherine of Sienna, who said, "Be who God meant you to be and you will set the world on fire." I feel like the beautiful mission of Harbor House Domestic Violence Shelter and St. Anthony Family Shelter support women and children in becoming the people God intended.
I'm passionate about helping others, so I am raising funds in the Queen Bee campaign. I truly believe that we are called to be the hands and feet of God. Serving others in our community in His name is an honor and privilege. Please join me in giving to these two shelters that help women and children rebuild their lives after facing homelessness or abuse.
My husband Matt and I have been married for 21 years and have three awesome children. Spending time together is my favorite thing in the world. I also enjoy traveling, cooking, and spending time outdoors. That said, I'm obsessed with playing golf. God keeps me humble because I rarely have two good rounds in a row.
Raised in Wichita, I am a lifelong member of the Catholic diocese. I have been a parishioner at St. Francis of Assisi for the last twenty years, but I was raised at St. Thomas Aquinas. From a very young age, my parents instilled in me the stewardship way of life. I have fond memories of volunteering with my mom, dad and three brothers. Thus, I have volunteered for Habitat for Humanity, The Lord's Diner, NUMANA, Sleep in Heavenly Peace, Bunks Across America, and now for Catholic Charities.
