It’s that time of year again! Light the barbeque, take the day off and celebrate Labor Day weekend with US! This year students are once again leading the way to make more breakthroughs happen. Join us as we bring our most joyous and creative moves to our 3rd annual virtual event!

Register to run, walk, cycle - any activity of your choice, measured in increments of 30 (minutes, steps, miles - you name it!) Be creative! Invite your friends, and create your teams as we make our way to many more Breakthroughs!

How it started...

Hello! I’m Karlee Malloy, @karleemalloy a proud student volunteer at Breakthrough Miami. In 2020, we all had to overcome challenges, prioritize our well-being, and adjust to new ways of interacting safely from a distance. That's why then I was excited to announce our first ever Virtual Race, Breakthrough QuaRUNtine. That Saturday, we brought everyone together in true Breakthrough spirit to get moving and go the extra mile for Miami’s Opportunity Generator. We all registered and showed our SCHOOL SPIRIT. 


This year once again I'm excited to announce our 4th Annual Race to Breakthrough! On Saturday, September 2nd, we can all virtually show our support to our Scholars.
