Red Shoe Day has gone virtual! 

This year, we are taking all the fun, support, and excitement online for Red Shoe Day! 

Red Shoe Day is the largest community fundraiser for San Diego's Ronald McDonald House. Even though we won't be together on June 4th, let's pull together at virtual intersections to raise money to provide a "home away from home" for families as they care for their hospitalized child. Please see ways that you can help below. 

Your team fundraising page will be a virtual intersection to raise money. Have fun with it! 

  • Give your team and intersection a name that reflects your group
  • Upload a picture of your team wearing your favorite Red Shoe Day outfits
  • Encourage friends, family and co-workers near and far to join your team! Since it's virtual, your teammates don't have to be in the same neighborhood, city or even state!  
  • Raise money in new and different ways! Having trouble coming up with ideas? We will send weekly ideas to spark your creativity.

Why Participate?

Red Shoe Day is a fun way to join together with friends, family and co-workers and help families in our community. Your efforts to collect donations supports San Diego's Ronald McDonald House mission to provide warm meals, hot showers, and a comforting place for families to stay when their child is in the hospital. 

Whether a family is staying in one of the 56 guest rooms or coming over during the day to use the House services, the Ronald McDonald House is available to ease their burdens. 

All of the money collected for Red Shoe Day stays in San Diego to support families here.
