Event Description: Due to COVID-19, the Refuse To Abuse® 5K will be a 5K fun run/walk with both virtual and in-person components. Up to 600 people will participate in person at T-Mobile Park in waves of 10 people every 3 minutes. We have SOLD OUT the in-person spots. The remainder of our 1,500 capacity crowd will participate virtually, wherever they feel safe and comfortable to do so. We'll be interacting with both in-person and virtual participants on social media so that we can all stay socially connected throughout the day. Join us on our Facebook Event Page to stay informed. Funds raised benefit the Washington State Coalition Against Domestic Violence and their statewide violence prevention and education work.
