About Rosedale Ride No. 28

Rosedale Ride #28: Saturday, March 26th 2022 at 8:00 AM.  New Start Location - "The Pitch" 13000 Harris Ridge Blvd.

Parking: There will be no vehicle entrance to the Tech Center Parking from Harris Ridge Blvd (Cyclists exit).  Enter the Tech Center Parking area from E. Howard Ln on Center Lake Dr., or from E. Parmer on Parmer Ridge Dr.  We will have parking volunteers guiding you to the parking close to The Pitch.

Packet Pick Up: Thursday, March 24, 2022 at our NEW campus: 7505 Silvercrest Drive from 5-8 pm. You can also pick up your packets on site prior to the event on Saturday, March 26th.  

On-site Packet Pick Up:  We will be open at 7 a.m. Riders can register day of. However, we are anticipating 75-100 day-of registrants so please register on your own device before signing in. Registration fees are $70 for regular, $25 for youth, and $40 for virtual. 

​​On-the-ride info:  There will be five SAG stops along the route. There are restrooms at The Pitch and Porta-Potties at Rest Stops 1-4.  Rest stops will have snacks, water, and Gatorade.  Please stay hydrated as it will get up to 80 degrees Saturday. ​

Rules of the Road: 

1. All riders must wear a helmet.

2. Be aware of the conditions: stay hydrated. 

3. Be alert throughout the ride as the roads are public roads. 

4. You may use an e-bike as long as you control your speed around other riders.

About the Rosedale School

By participating in the Rosedale Ride, you are helping the students at the Rosedale School, Austin’s only public school exclusively for children with multiple disabilities and profound needs. 

Rosedale Ride has grown into one of Austin’s premier bicycle events with over 1000 participants. It is currently the largest fundraising effort supporting the Rosedale School. The ride has made big changes to the facilities at the school, helping with adaptive transportation, learning centers, sensory activities, and more.

Rosedale School is a public school in Austin ISD serving kids from all over the district in Austin, TX. Every dollar donated goes to helping the students ages 3 to 22 who have significant medical, physical and cognitive disabilities.​
