Your participation in the 2022 Run for Sound builds community spirit - united in support of children who are deaf or hard of hearing.
Help a great cause - At your own pace - ON YOUR OWN TIME
Hear Indiana provides direct services to families who choose listening and spoken language as their child's mode of communication. By offering a variety of service options, Hear Indiana is able to help each family navigate the journey of raising a child with hearing loss.
How Your Support Makes a Difference
So often when people get to know Hear Indiana, they typically say, "I didn't realize how much Hear Indiana does for families!"
We are a small nonprofit with a really big mission.
- Advocacy
- Audiology
- Education
- Outreach
- Listening and Spoken Language Therapy
In addition, Hear Indiana provides:
- Administration of the state's Hearing Aid Assistance Program (we are the only organization that provides this)
- A week-long, traditional summer camp for children with hearing loss who use Listening and Spoken Language
- An annual conference designed for professionals and parents in the deaf and hard-of-hearing community
