Complete 1 mile or a 5K (3.1 miles) distance from in your own neighborhood (…or treadmill!) anytime from Thursday, October 15 – Sunday, October 18.

Tune in on Sunday, October 18th to see how our participants, sponsors, and Marklund residents celebrate their Eighth Annual Run, Walk & Roll 5K/1M Geneva!

HOW TO PARTICIPATE

1) Choose your course- treadmill, neighborhood, local path, etc.

2) Set your distance and timer

(5K = 3.1 Miles). If you’re outside, try downloading a free and user-friendly running app, such as

RunKeeper or MapMyRun

3) Count down… and Run, Walk or Roll to show your support for Marklund)

4) Cross your personal 5K or 1Mile finish line and stop those timers

5) 5K Participants ONLY: Enter in your time by Clicking button below:

(NOTE: the timing site will open on 12 AM on Thursday, October 15th and close 11:59 PM on Sunday, October 18th).Final 5K placement results will be posted on Monday, October 19th. The first and second place winner of each age group will receive a custom RWR medal!
