Runway of Resilience

Join us for an evening of storytelling, creativity and hope.

On behalf of Twist Out Cancer, we are proud to announce a brand new celebratory event called Runway of Resilience which will take place on September 29, 2024 from 5:00-9:00 pm  at Salvage One. The event will feature designers, Terez, Sujata Gazder, Mahwish Syed Designs, and StyleEsteem. The models are survivors, previvors and caregivers from diverse backgrounds that have participated in Brushes with Cancer programming. This new event showcases Twist Out Cancer's mission to provide psychosocial support to individuals touched by cancer through creative arts programming. All proceeds will benefit our free year-round programs, such as Brushes with Cancer, an international arts-based program, and our regular Twistshops that engage people across many communities. 

We invite you to help us herald the power of art as a mechanism for healing through this evening of movement, design, music and storytelling! The Runway of Resilience event will highlight all of the work TOC is doing, and goals for our future work. Twist Out Cancer continues to operate as a global nonprofit, best known for our Brushes with Cancer programs having reached more than 140,000 people in 12 years. We look forward to celebrating with you.
