Matching Funds Mean Your Gift Multiplies

Through the help of Good Shepherd's generous donors, we are able to match every dollar you pledge... x4!

Are you able to give the $48 it takes to provide a mom and baby with a safe place to lay their heads tonight? Our donors will match it x4, meaning $192 for our programs! Can you give at the $1,440 level, which serves a mother and child for one full month? Our donors will make sure it multiplies four times over, for a total of $5,760 and four months of care for those we serve.

Multiply your impact by participating in this year's #Safe4aNight campaign!

About Good Shepherd

Good Shepherd keeps the troubled and traumatized children in our care safe and help them heal; we build, stabilize and strengthen families, particularly those in desperate need; and we work to ensure that babies are born healthy and get the best possible start in life.  To do this, Good Shepherd offers maternity shelter and transitional living, foster care, expectant parent & pregnancy support, and a full range of adoption services.

Good Shepherd is a Catholic agency—a member of the Catholic Charities federation of agencies within the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of St. Louis. We see our work as a ministry, and more specifically, an extension of the ministry of Jesus Christ, who called all of us to serve those in need. We have been serving the community since 1831 and continue to innovate our programming and expand our reach to this day.

As a mother comforts her child, so I comfort you. - Isaiah 66:13

You can help pregnant or parenting moms and their babies stay safe by supporting Good Shepherd's #Safe4aNight campaign.

Our residence can house up to 14 moms at a cost of $325.66 per day. Much of that cost is for our round-the-clock services, but it only costs $47.35 per day to provide the basics: food, shelter and a safe place for moms and babies to rest their heads.

This year has been particularly difficult for everyone, but especially the most vulnerable among us. Help Good Shepherd be the beacon of hope that they can depend on!
