Share A Step 2023 to support The Wesley Community
Share A Step 2023

About Share a Step 2023

Be a part of Share A Step, Wesley’s virtual fitness fundraiser that invites individuals of all ages to set a personal mileage goal for the week of September 22-28, and track miles toward that goal by walking, running or biking!

We invite you to take on whichever of our challenges best fits your lifestyle, or set your own mileage goal that you are comfortable with.

Whether you log miles at a local trail, take a run around the neighborhood, or walk on your treadmill - every mile counts towards your goal! Share your progress with the #shareastep to motivate others, and to show the impact we have when we share a step together!

What is Share A Step?

Share A Step is our virtual fitness event that invites individuals of all ages to set a mileage goal for the week of September 22nd through September 28th. You can get your mileage in with a walk outside, a bike ride around the neighborhood or a run on the treadmill, just make sure you log it! Take pictures of each exercise and tag us on Facebook or Instagram with #shareastep to show your progress and challenge others to stay accountable.

Don't forget! Tag us in photos of your virtual travels with #shareastep and see how everyone else is doing by checking out the event timeline!

What are the funds being raised for?

This year, Share A Step is supporting The Life Enrichment program at Wesley Health Care Center. This program provides an array of services which improve our resident’s quality of life and their wellbeing. With your support our residents will be able to live the life they love and engage in the activities they enjoy, all within the community they call “home”.
