The People's Arc is very near and dear to my heart. I am a father of a child on the Autism spectrum. The work that the team members of the People's Arc do is truly life changing. Being able to support this organization is truly my honor. I am also the co-founder of Unparalleled Performance. I have also had the honor of directly supporting the leadership and the front-line team members with our 5Ls program. We have been able to give them real tools to deal with stress, anxiety and burnout. Moreover, I have had the privilege to work directly with Senior Management to help develop the leadership.
