Join WCCB Charlotte's CW and the Girl Scouts Hornets' Nest in supporting Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina and our neighbors in need!

WCCB is proud to be the official media sponsor of the 2nd Annual Girl Scout Food Drive, benefiting Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina.

Members of the Girl Scouts will be dropping off bags in neighborhoods throughout the greater Charlotte area beginning October 5th . The Girl Scouts will then come back on Saturday, October 12th after 9 a.m. to collect the filled bags.

Didn’t get a bag? No problem. Feel free to drop off food donations at any of the below collection sites on October 12th between 10 a.m. - 1 p.m., or click the "make a donation" button to make a monetary donation. For every $1 received, Second Harvest Food Bank of Metrolina is able to purchase 7 pounds of food!
