About 2023 LETR Final Leg Nevada

The mission of the Law Enforcement Torch Run®, (LETR) in partnership with our communities, is to support Special Olympics Nevada through fundraising and public awareness, while enhancing the quality of life of our athletes.

Your $25 registration fee will earn you a moisture-wicking LETR Runner's Shirt that you can wear with pride as you escort the Flame of Hope through your community. Everyone in our Law Enforcement community is invited to participate.

We encourage participants to set a minimum fundraising goal of $100 which is the approximate cost for a Special Olympics athlete to participate in one season of sports.


  •  Raise $60 or more and receive a set of branded SONV Bluetooth Headphone


  •  Runners who raise $100 + will be enter to win raffle prizes;

    • (1) Gift Card to Buca di Beppo Italian Restaurant.

    (2) Guided Tour Tickets to Neon Museum.

    (3) SONV Branded Hamock

  • The highest fundraising LETR agency team wins a donut and coffee party.
  • First team to register will receive SONV Social Media and Newsletter feature.
  •  Team Captains with 10+ runners will receive SONV Swag bag.

    • Hundreds of law enforcement personnel from Federal, Military, State, County and Local agencies participate in the Torch Run fundraising campaign.  This is the opportunity for your agency to come together and make a positive impact in your community by supporting Special Olympics Nevada.
