In 2007, we gave birth to our youngest son, Chayse. He was a healthy baby boy at birth. At 3 weeks old, Chayse was diagnosed with a rare and deadly disease, Primary Pulmonary Hypertension, PPH. There was no identifiable underlying cause. A few weeks later while Chayse was undergoing treatment and on a waitlist for a lung and heart transplant, our precious baby boy passed away. There are no words to express the pain we went through as a family, especially coming home from the hospital to an empty bassinet.

This year marks 15 years since his passing. As a way to honor his memory, we celebrated Chayse by participating in the March for Babies Walk as Chayse’s Angels. Through the pain and loss, our hope is to continue to honor Chayse’s memory by sharing our story with other families in the hopes that no other family will have to go through such loss alone.

Join us today to honor Chayse & all other infant losses by making a gift today.
