Be a part of this epic fundraising tradition. Join the Lake Tahoe Polar Plunge and take a fun dip, skip or jump into Lake Tahoe for a great cause! If the thought of chilly water is "unBEARable," get the thrill without the chill. Register as a chicken and be excused from Plunging but still enjoy all the festivities.

Everyone must raise a minimum of $125 and will receive a Polar Plunge T-shirt and enjoy post Plunge festivities. Participants are encouraged to raise additional funds and earn more incentive rewards.  

HOW IT WORKS

• Rally Your Crew (or Plunge Solo!)
  Grab your besties, coworkers, or family and jump in together!

• ​Pick a Fearless Leader & Name Your Squad
  Elect a team captain and brainstorm the most epic team name. (Extra points for puns and frosty humor!)

• ​Hit that Register Button
  Sign up and officially join the coolest event of the season.  Pro tip:  Early birds get more time to plan their costumes!

• ​Fundraise like a Pro
  Spread the word and raise those critical funds for Special Olympics NorCal.  You're not just plunging - you are making a difference!

• ​Suit Up and Show Up
  Costumes are strongly encouraged - go big or go home!  Then bring your energy, smiles and maybe a towel!  Time to take the Plunge!
