I Am Making A Difference with My Miles!

This year, I registered for the 2024 TCS New York City Marathon event as a member of NOCC TEAM TEAL, because I want to raise awareness and funding for National Ovarian Cancer Coalition . This will be my second time running the NYC Marathon, and I'm so excited to be a part of something so special once again. I run for team teal in honor of my Grandma, who passed away from stage 4 Ovarian Cancer. This difficult endeavor puts life into perspective. The pain that comes about when running a marathon will never compare to the pain my Grandma felt and so many others are suffering through every day. Training for this marathon for has allowed me to connect with my deeper meaning, and use it to my advantage come race day.

 My support will help improve the lives of individuals, families and communities touched by ovarian cancer and I need your help.
