NEW for 2024! This year's IRONBEAR is co-hosted with the TPA and will take place at TASIS Dorado! 
  • Fun Run on track:
    • Ages 2-3 50M (the straight line of track)
    • Ages 4-5 200M (straight line and curve of track)
    • Ages 6-7 400M (1x around the track)​
  • 5K throughout Sabanera's beautiful neighborhood
  • Race Headquarters - Bear Den, Soccer Field and WAC
  • FUN FOR THE ENTIRE FAMILY! Inflatables, Face Painting, Food, Ocean Lab Beer, Games, and the RACE for all ages.

WHAT IS THE REGISTRATION FEE?

5K RACE

  • $45.00 before Feb 16
  • ​$60.00 after Feb 16

FUN RUN (up to 7 years old)

  • $25.00 before Feb 16
  • ​$40.00 after Feb 16

Includes dry-fit t-shirt, drawstring bag, race bib and chip, finisher medal


HOW DO I REGISTER?​
STEP 1: Click on the REGISTER button and follow the registration prompts. 
              Repeat the registration process for each IRONBEAR.
   IMPORTANT:
  • Each participant must use a unique email address.  
  • If participants do not have their own email address, read below under FAQ for a useful workaround.

OPTIONAL STEPS
STEP 2: Set up your Page by customizing fitness and fundraising goals; add a photo and personalized message.
STEP 3: Share your Page with family and friends via social media, email, or text to start fundraising.
STEP 4: Record Fitness Activity on a daily or weekly basis to earn activity points; add photos or videos highlighting your fitness activity to earn more points. 

Download the Strava app for automatic entry of certain fitness activities!

REMEMBER, be sure to TRACK and RECORD YOUR TIME on your fundraising page 

​FAQ:

I don't have enough unique email addresses when registering my children. What should I do? 
There are TWO options:

1. All TASIS Dorado students have a valid email on file with the school. Parents can use a child's TASIS Dorado email: lastname.firstname(2 digit graduation year)@tasisdorado.com. For example:

  • mccartney.ryan34@tasisdorado.com

2. Gmail has a simple solution! Use any valid gmail address and add +insert name of child before @gmail.com. For example, Jane McCartney is the mother of Michael McCartney, age 8. Jane's real gmail is jane.mccartney@gmail.com. Jane registers her son, Michael, using the workaround email: jane.mccartney+michael@gmail.com. The system will recognize this email as a valid email address.
