Running to Build Families

On Sunday, November 5, 2023 I will be running in the TCS New York City Marathon for Team Helpusadopt.org! In 1997, I was adopted by two loving mothers from China and I am honored to be able to play a small role in creating families such as mine by raising money for an organization I feel passionately about. I am excited to run 26.2 miles around the 26th anniversary of my adoption. 

Since 2007, Helpusadopt.org has awarded over 600 adoption grants totaling over 5.6 million. Helpusadopt.org's average grant is around $10,000 - this means that together Team Helpusadopt.org will raise enough to build 7 families.
