Running to Build Families

On Sunday, November 3, 2024 I'm thrilled to be running my first-ever marathon with HelpUsAdopt.org. I began competitively running at a young age, but took a break during my college years. Now, at 27 and living in NYC, I've rediscovered my love for running, using it as a way to improve my mental health and enjoy the outdoors. Running the NYC Marathon will not only challenge me personally but also allow me to support hard-working families overcoming the financial hurdles of adoption, ensuring more children can join loving, permanent homes.

Since 2007, Helpusadopt.org has awarded over 765 adoption grants totaling over $7.3 million. Helpusadopt.org's average grant is around $10,000 - this means that together Team Helpusadopt.org will raise enough to build 9 families.
