Thank you for checking out my page! The Mission of the National Kidney Foundation is a cause that hits close to home. My Dad suffered from PolyCystic Kidney Disease and received a kidney transplant when I was very young. Without people and organizations like the National Kidney Foundation I would not have gotten to spend the time I had with him. He passed away in 2013 and I miss him every day. I am running the Chicago Marathon and raising money for the National Kidney Foundation in honor of him.
