2026 Team Race for ALS- Chicago Marathon supporting The Les Turner ALS Foundation

Brady is running the Chicago Marathon with Team Race for ALS with the goal of raising $10k and qualifying for the Boston Marathon!
I am honored to run another Chicago Marathon with Team Race for ALS! Back in 2023, I helped raise over $5,000 for the Les Turner ALS Foundation as I raced with the team and completed my first marathon. Now, with 2 other marathons under my belt, I am excited to return to the streets of Chicago in 2026 with the goals of doubling my fundraising impact and qualifying for the Boston marathon!
The Les Turner ALS Foundation is an organization I have personally benefited from in the past, as they supported my Dad as he battled ALS from 2019-2021. From providing my Dad with specialized equipment to maintain his mobility and communication to connecting our family with support groups to cope with the realities of his disease, their support provided us with the resources to continue living. This was so important to my Dad, and Les Turner’s support helped him maintain his mantra of finding a favorite part of the day, every day, through the end.
Dad may not have physically been there on race day in 2023, but I absolutely felt his presence every step of the way. And with a Boston Qualifier on the cards this time around, I know he’ll be there again to push me even harder.
Please consider making a donation to support the Les Turner ALS Foundation and help me reach my fundraising goal. If you are in the Chicagoland area, you can cheer us on in person on October 11, 2026 as we take on the city and look to break 2:50:00!
Let's Do it for Dan (again) ... and qualify for Boston this time around!
