About Easter Seals BC/Yukon
Easter Seals BC/Yukon is a service of the BC Lions Society for Children with Disabilities. Since 1947, they have provided programs and services for children and adults with disabilities. Their two main services are Easter Seals Camps and Easter Seals House.
Easter Seals House offers an affordable home-away-from-home for adults and families who travel to Vancouver for medical treatment. For so many, knowing Easter Seals House is here gives them a sense of peace and calmness, during very hard times. Located just blocks away from the best hospitals and treatment centres, makes it easy for guests and caregivers to travel to and from.
Easter Seals Camps are a place where everyone is welcome and no one hears the word ‘no’. It’s a place where campers can be themselves, and explore and develop their abilities in a safe, warm, fun and supportive environment. Campers return home with new friendships, improved skills, and become more independent and active members of their communities. Camp offers both a magical experience for campers, and an important week of respite for families and caregivers.

Harry, Michael, Owen, Samuel and Eddy attend Grade 10 at St. George's School and have a passion for music and giving back to their community. With the guidance of their renowned music professors, they all have experienced the immense power of music and feel its potential to change the world for the better.
After successfully raising nearly $9000 for Easter Seals in 2021, the five boys are now back to host another charity music concert aiming to help with an Easter Seals House renovation project this year. The 2021 concert was successful because of the amazing funds raised, but perhaps more importantly, the boys successfully increased awareness of Easter Seals in the community. As a result, the five boys will invite their inspired and talented friends to join them in this year's iteration of the concert.
