Tikvah Connecting Mind and Body

With your support we are raising $36,000.00 to enable our launch of an initiative to provide regular practice of skill building activities that integrate the pursuit of wellness in its physical and mental domains.

  • writing
  • physical movement

Sessions will be professionally led by content area experts.
